Hi Everyone!
Most of you know what the word "feedback" means, but figuring out the way to give feedback is something difficult. Being in the hospital for almost 3 weeks made me realize that it's all about communication and, more explicit, the way you say or don't say things!
Knowing this means that, despite all good intentions, it's sometimes best to say nothing at all...silence can also be "feedback"!
